SprayTraQ's Solutions

Current container wash-out practices using excessive amounts of water are not only wasteful but counter-productive as bacterial bio-load and odors increase. These issues, along with reclamation costs and other environmentally related concerns, are addressed with the SaniSafe container treatment process.

SaniSafe's Electrostatic Sanitizing Process Uses One Quart of Sanitizing Liquid

with Each Container Treatment.

BEING SUSTAINABLE WHILE SAVING MONEY

Water Conservation

Water flowing through a 100 ft. hose at 1/2" diameter and @ 40 psi equals 6 gallons per minute. With the average wash-out at 20 minutes this equates to 120 gallons of water used.  The commercial numbers of 60 psi and 3/4'' diameter = 22 gallons per minute.

Current water usage per container washout

  SaniSafe's Environmental Advantages

  • No wasted water - Conventional truck wash wastes over 100 gallons per wash and increases bacteria count.

  • No contaminated water run-off to collect and treat before going back into environment

  • No toxic chemicals or VOC’s added to the environment during the process

  • No wasted driver time, fuel, idle time or unit drying time as with conventional wash out – Significant Reduction in CO2 emissions

  • No harmful environmental effects - No VOC's
